To Remember

So much of the spiritual life is an invitation to remember.

Remember your Creator.

Remember your Redeemer.

Remember you are dust.

Remember He is risen.

So today, I would like to invite you to remember a man who gave his life to perpetuate freedom. 45 years ago, Martin Luther King, Jr. was shot in Memphis, TN.

This quote of his seems especially fitting for the conversation we carry on here:

To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing.

Martin Luther King, Jr.
