Prayer Is

Prayer is…

Prayer is the moment that all the words have run out and all I am left with are tears.

Prayer is hope.

Prayer is when beauty is beyond my explanation and I sit in wonder.

Prayer is love.

Prayer is as I’m kissing sweet faces goodbye for the day.

Prayer is trust.

Prayer is letting go of my need to keep it all together.

Prayer is rest.
