Holy Week 2018 Satisfy

Dear Friends,

Don’t forget that God forgives all your sins, heals all your sicknesses, saves your life from the pit, crowns you with faithful love and compassion, and satisfies you with plenty of good things so that your youth is made fresh like an eagle’s. (Psalm 103)

Self care tip: Eat real food today, not junk. Satisfy your body with food that God made for you to eat! Real food will sustain you for the real work you are doing this week.
