Grateful for Beauty

It’s probably not hard for anyone to feel gratitude for beauty.

But it seems to me that I experience beauty all the way to core of my being. I don’t just see it; I feel it, I smell it, my heart beats in time with it.

Beauty calls me back to the goodness of the one who created it. Beauty reminds me that I am created by the same hands. Noticing beauty is prayer. And so I am grateful.
